Friars Pride

Friars Pride are a UK based supplier to the catering and fast-food industry across the South and Midlands of England and operate from seven sites.

Flexicomms have provided their communications system and services over the last 12 years as the business has grown and almost doubled in size and turnover and we were entrusted with providing the solution and managed migration of the business from an onsite VoIP to hosted VoIP fully integrated communications system.  This will enable operation of the business from on and offsite including home-working whilst providing management information and reporting and increasing customer engagement and service levels for 75 users.

Includes the support and provision of services on a 24x7x365 basis within the project brief and an expanded services portfolio.
